Hello I′am Timothy. I am a fitness and wellness enthusiast who spends a lot of his time advocating for healthy lifestyles, working out and just generally trying to motivate others to be their best. Total Physique Online is my fitness site and whereas this site is a business site, both sites embody a similar philosophy: We have the power to change our lives for the better.

photo to the left is so small, yet it says a lot to me and its message
is large. This small photo reminds me that people have a wealth of potential
in them. No matter who you are, no matter where you come from and no matter
how bad things may have been in the past, your life can change for the
better. All that you need to achieve your dreams is inside you.
When God made each of us, He gifted us with all the tools we need to achieve
great things, both in this life and the one to come. What does this have
to do with this site? I will leave that up to you to decide.

Having never heard of LPI, I agreed on his strong recommendation. Well, within a few weeks I was noticing major changes in my health and the changes were good. That was 1993 and I am still using the products today.
